CARRIAGE DRIVING & RIDDEN DRESSAGE CLINIC WITH NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL DRIVING EXPERT LARRY POULIN

Eight-time USET Pairs Champion Larry Poulin was the highest-placed American driver of the USET pairs squad at the World Championships in 1985, 1987, and 1989. After 10 World Championships he is retiring from competition to train horses, drivers and riders.
At Rough Terrain Farm he will teach ten 50-minute lessions per day in both carriage driving and ridden dressage. Lessons are $100 each. Semi-private ridden dressage lessons are $65 per person.
Auditors are welcome for $25 per day. There are bleachers for viewing and Larry will wear a mic.
Stalls (with daily turnout) are available for $25 per day and turn-out only is $15 per day. Hay and grain are not included. Bedding can be purchased at the farm.
Free camping is available on the grounds.
There will be evening gatherings over dinner with Larry. Friday night will be a potluck with a Q & A, details to come for Saturday night.

FREE & OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
- Bring your truck and horse trailer to the farm or just observe. Students of the Automotive Tech program will perform a safety check on your rig bumper-to-bumper and make recommendations for any needed repairs. The safety check includes truck and trailer suspension and lighting systems, truck steering system, trailer brakes and the hitch mechanism.
- Learn what to look for in determining if your rig is roadworthy.
- Hands-on instruction on how to properly hook-up and back up a horse trailer.
- Demonstration and instruction on how to properly load a horse.
- Experience what it feels like to ride in a horse trailer.
- Bring a lunch.
Get your rig and yourself ready for towing and experience what your horse feels in the trailer!

Equine Vaccinations: For the protecton of the horses that reside at RoughTerrain Farm and your animals, it is strongly recommended that all vaccinations be current within 6 months of coming onto the farm and include Coggins (required), Rabies, Tetanus, Strangles, West Nile, and Influenza. Please call Leslie with questions. Proof of innoculation will be required- please mail a copy in advance or present it before unloading your animal.
