ANIMAL REIKI I CLASS WITH KELLY MCDERMOTT-BURNS OF HEARTSONG REIKI

Thurs-Fri, June 18 & 19, 1-5 pm, $150

This Animal Reiki I class is the foundation for self-care and working with animals. Discussion includes the history of Reiki, Reiki principles and the code of ethics for animals. Students learn basic hand positions for self-care and for treating friends and family, however the focus will be on treating animals. Reiki I attunements will be given.  Even though we will be working with horses, students will gain the basic knowledge for working on any animal. A manual and certificate are included. 

 

A portion of the class fee will be donated to the Hooved Animal Sanctuary in Chelsea, VT.

 

About the teacher: Kelly McDermott-Burns of HeartSong Reiki began practicing Reiki in 2004. She is certified as a Master Teacher in Animal Reiki from the Animal Reiki Source.. Kelly also teaches Usui and Karuna Reiki.  Kelly is a founding member of the Shelter Animal Reiki Association and the president of the Vermont Reiki Association

Equine Vaccinations:   For the protecton of the horses that reside at RoughTerrain Farm and your animals, it is strongly recommended that all vaccinations be current within 6 months of coming onto the farm and include Coggins (required), Rabies, Tetanus, Strangles, West Nile, and Influenza. Please call Leslie with questions. Proof of innoculation will be required- please mail a copy in advance or present it before unloading your animal.
